Great file wall organizer, gets all the files off my desk, now i have room to work. Good material and construction, highly recommend.
Has helped me organize my very busy desk. When no more room horizontally, go vertical.
Nice and strong better than other ones out there. Here are the specifications for the Seville Classics 3-Tier Stackable Desktop Letter File Tray Organizer:
- Make sure this fits
by entering your model number.
- Dimensions: 11.5 W” x 13.5″ D x 16.2″ H
- Three (3) front-loading horizontal trays fit Letter (8.5″ x 11″) and A4 (8.27″ x 11.7″) sized papers, but also accommodate files, folders, binders, stationary and notebooks
- Five (5) top-loading vertical sorters let you sort invoices from receipts, and organize your reports, reference material and other important business documents
- Stack with multiple units for more storage in the same space-saving footprint. Or, assemble and use the tray organizer and the file organizer separately
- Easy no-tool assembly! Includes foot pads to protect your desk top from scratches and marring while keeping the organizer stable when pulling trays in and out
Love the look and it works well so definitely worth the purchase to organize paperwork.
Reviews from purchasers :
- It was easy enough to bend the trays back
- I have room to go up, not out
- Just what we needed
Works great, but i do wish the actual shelves were a little bigger. I’m a teacher and like to store my books for the week in one of the slots, but there’s not enough room.
It’s a very nice good looking organizer to either hang or place on the table. Keep thing neat and good quality. Just wish it will come with some sort of labeling place so i can lable each layer. I used the leg that comes with as my labeling device since i hang this thing on the wall.
I bought this organizer because i have space to go up, not out. Overall, i’m pretty happy with it. The only thing i’d like to see changed is to add a bar down the center of the vertical files, so the folders don’t fall through, when they get bumped. I can rig up some wire to do the job, but should i have to?.
My boss saw it and liked it so much that he ordered one for every employee in my department.
This is a great product to have if you’re trying to organize a room. It looks good and can be hung on a door so that you can access papers without it taking desk space.
This is absolutely my favorite desktop tray. I have bought three of them (two for me and one for a co-worker). Perfect design that is modern-strong and practical. (i don’t use the wall mount, but i is a simple to use mount).
I am a retired teacher and now i tutor several students a week. This helped me to keep their notes, plans etc. . From one student to another. I have labeled the sides with each student names and i have this on the counter of my laundry room so it is out of sight when i am not tutoring. This is sturdy and well made. If i get more kiddos, i will definitely order another one.
Great quality and appearance. I really like the extra shelf at the bottom that is flat — it makes a perfect spot to put a stapler, tape holder, etc so they are handy but out of the way. Also, since we don’t have cubicle walls, i turned the wall hanger around and upside down and hung it off the back of the organizer. This created an additional slot that is perfect for holding stiffer items like the variety of cardboard packages of mailing labels that we have. I plan on ordering at least two more of these for our new office.
I ordered 2 of these and it freed up a lot of space on my desk at work. I would recommend that you get thicker file folders, because the thin manilla folders tend to droop over on the front of the top rack.
This helps me keep my desk much more organized than if i’d decided against it. I have a nice printer (canon pixma pro9000 mark ii inkjet photo printer) and have a variety of paper to print onto. This lets me keep all of it in one spot, nice and clean, without scrambling through drawers or closets to find the size i need. It comes with the hardware to hand it on the wall if desired (as well as pieces to hang it on a cubicle or similar type of wall), however i have not tried this out yet and cannot say how well it would work.
I had to track these down for a few employees. We love the volume and position of these very much. You can even hang them on a wall.
I am ordering 2 more, these are great. Good quality, well made, very heavy, and i think they will be useful for years in my office. I like all the placement options like over the door, wall mount or desk top, this will allow me to use these in several locations in my office for multi purposes. Would highly recommend this product.
I bought this for my home office and it is the best organizer i have yet to use. You can either have it sit on your desk, it is very sturdy if you plan on using it this way. I chose to mount it on the wall with with the provided screws and drywall adapters. It also comes with a template for where to drill your holes in the wall, just hold the template level and tape it on the wall with some scotch tape and you are all set to drill you holes. There are two screws to install the two hooks, all you have to do is hook on the organizer and put on the rubber feet that go on the lower part of the back so it doesn’t bang against the wall when you are putting thing in and taking them out. Perfect design, very well built and sturdy.
I purchased this organizer at costco a couple years ago to use in my first grade classroom and loved it. I used it to organize by subject. I now teach a combined classroom, so i wanted one for each grade. The one from amazon cost considerably more than the one i bought before, but it’s worth it. The shelves are wide enough and spaced far enough to hold my giant teacher’s editions, as well as photocopies for the week. I love that it takes up little surface area, but holds so much.
This thing is pretty darn useful. I can finally stack stuff off of my desk. I use the very bottom shelf for in coming mail now, so when i see that getting too full i know that bills are about to go past due.I use the second shelf for items to file away at a later time when i get the chance. It’s great that i can just dump them into the second shelf ‘for now’, and not worry about them getting lost. I then use the 3rd shelf for my wife’s junk; the 4th for items to be shredded; the 5th for items from the incoming mail shelf that i felt were interesting but didn’t have time to review immediately; and the top shelf just catches any other paperwork that i’m confused about where to put/or am running out the door and need to drop it somewhere. Think about your own possibilities. If there is one thing that i would like to improve, it’s to label each shelf somehow, so that i can see what each shelf is when at eye-level (because it sits on my side desk and when i sit at my main desk i’m at eye-level with it). I’ll figure out a way to label it soon.
I needed something next to my small desk that was compact and held all my important files.
